There is an API license requirement from TDSi to enable the **TDSi GARDiS for XProtect Access** to operate. You will need to contact TDSi to request to add the **ORBNET Systems** extension / integration. Once added to the license should be updated on the system. From the web configuration for TDSi GARDiS, press the info button to display the license information.
